Hi! I am a PhD student at UCSD researching cancer genomics and machine learning. More specifically, I am studying tumor evolution (involving extrachromosomal DNA) using probabilistic techniques and machine learning. Previously, I have worked on characterizing the formation mechanism of ecDNA by looking at the structural variant graph structure. I’m available for full time jobs starting 2026.
